Selected for FinCity.Tokyo’s “EM Showcase 2026”

Growth Partners Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Noriatsu Furukawa; “Growth Partners” or “we”) announces that we have been selected for “EM Showcase 2026,” an initiative published by the Tokyo International Financial Organization (FinCity.Tokyo).

What Is the Emerging Managers Program (EMP)?
EMP (Emerging Managers Program) is a program designed to promote capital allocations to emerging asset managers (“Emerging Managers”). Similar initiatives have also been introduced and utilized in other countries.

Background of the EM Showcase Selection by FinCity.Tokyo
FinCity.Tokyo is a public-private partnership organization established to strengthen Tokyo’s competitiveness as an international financial center, based on the “Global Financial City: Tokyo” initiative formulated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Under a leadership structure chaired by a former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Japan, FinCity.Tokyo brings together a board that includes former heads of Japan’s Financial Services Agency, as well as domestic and international financial institutions, asset managers, and corporations, serving as a core platform for advancing Japan’s asset management ecosystem.
As part of these efforts, “EM Showcase” is a program that introduces notable emerging managers in Japan to institutional investors in Japan and overseas, with the aim of increasing their visibility and recognition.

EM Showcase 2026 was announced at Tokyo Asset Management Forum 2026 (TAMF) held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, in the Nihonbashi/Kabutocho area of Tokyo.

At TAMF, our Representative Director Noriatsu Furukawa participated as one of the selected companies in the EM Showcase pitch session.
