Growth Partners Co., Ltd. (“Growth Partners” or “we”) announces that the Growth Partners Investment Limited Partnership, a fund managed by Growth Partners, has agreed to subscribe for stock acquisition rights (share warrants) to be issued by ELTES Co., Ltd. (“ELTES”) through a third-party allotment. We also entered into a business alliance agreement under which we will support ELTES in planning and executing various initiatives to drive further growth.
ELTES, whose mission is “create a safe digital society and keep Japan moving forward,” provides a broad range of digital risk management solutions, including internal threat detection and web risk monitoring. As DX accelerates across society and risks such as internal misconduct and information leakage increase for companies, ELTES leverages its strong analytical capabilities and expertise to help realize a secure digital environment.
Looking ahead, ELTES has identified three priority initiatives: “executing a portfolio strategy,” “driving growth in its high-profit digital risk business (core business),” and “strengthening dialogue with the market (IR).” With the high-margin digital risk business at its core, ELTES aims to strengthen both its earnings base and growth strategy by standardizing its service offerings, improving quality, and evolving its sales and marketing approaches.
In addition, for its AI security, DX promotion, and smart city businesses, ELTES plans to formulate a portfolio strategy to optimize the allocation of management resources and enhance corporate value. Furthermore, ELTES will establish an in-house activist team to strengthen dialogue with the market. In this context, ELTES determined it was essential to partner with a player capable of contributing capital, know-how, and network to enhance corporate value, and accordingly chose to form a business alliance with us.
